Our Activities:
ACTIVITIES AND RESOURCES
ADROIT brings together a coherent sequence of capacity-building activities, educational resources and collaborative actions that collectively aim to strengthen digital readiness and responsible engagement with artificial intelligence in higher education. The project activities are designed as an integrated pathway, beginning with conceptual and research-based work, progressing through educator and learner-focused educational development, and culminating in piloting, evaluation and dissemination. Through this structured approach, ADROIT ensures that knowledge is not only generated but also translated into practical, transferable and sustainable outcomes for higher education institutions across Europe.
The activities reflect a strong commitment to pedagogical quality, ethical responsibility and learner-centred design. Educators participate in targeted capacity-building actions that support the development of AI-related pedagogical competences and critical digital understanding. In parallel, learner-centred educational modules are developed to foster critical AI literacy, reflective engagement with technology and applied digital skills. These activities are supported by digital tools and resources that encourage experiential learning, collaboration and interdisciplinary thinking within higher education contexts.
A central component of ADROIT is the development of open and adaptable educational resources that can be integrated into diverse institutional settings. Structured modules, digital learning materials and supporting frameworks are designed to be reusable and scalable, allowing higher education institutions to adapt them to different disciplines, learner profiles and pedagogical approaches. The project prioritises accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that resources are designed with diverse learning needs and institutional capacities in mind.
Beyond educational development, ADROIT places strong emphasis on collaboration, testing and knowledge exchange. Transnational meetings, pilot implementations and continuous feedback mechanisms allow partners to reflect collectively on challenges and emerging needs related to AI integration in higher education. Dissemination and communication activities ensure that project outcomes reach a wide audience of educators, learners, institutional leaders and stakeholders, supporting broader uptake and long-term impact.
Together, the activities and resources of ADROIT contribute to a sustainable and future-oriented approach to digital transformation in higher education. By combining structured learning pathways, ethical reflection and European cooperation, the project supports higher education institutions in navigating technological change while reinforcing academic values, inclusion and social responsibility.
